Our Coffee

It is first de-pulped and then spread out to dry across our three tennis court-sized patios behind the hostel.
After being dried twice, the coffee beans are bagged in 150 lb sacks and sent down the mountain on mules, usually in February. We are currently certified by Biolatina Nicaragua.
